In addition to the 20 acres purchased, three smaller parks are being built in the ward. 

1. John Bud Cleary Park will be redeveloped into a new park with expanded facilities. Construction begins Spring 2023
2. M city park directly across from John Bud Cleary is also being built. Together these 2 parks will give much needed outdoor space and play space for area residents. Construction begins Spring 2023
3. Finally, a third park at the corner of Kariya Drive and Elm Drive is in the works. Construction begins Spring 2023
